Karl Baker
Karl is the founder of Mindfulenss Works. Over 40,000 people have completed the Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation course that Karl created. He has over 20 years in-depth mindfulness and meditation experience, having studied one on one with mindfulness teachers as well as attending silent meditation retreats. Karl leads a team of 60 mindfulness and meditation teachers across New Zealand and Australia.
