One on one mindfulness training and coaching is for beginners as well as people with mindfulness and meditation experience. Your trainer will customise their training and coaching to suit what is most important to you. You are free to come to each session with questions or areas for exploration or you can ask your trainer to be more directive and suggest areas for exploration.

This one on one mindfulness training and coaching is delivered via Zoom. The steps involved are:
- You select the mindfulness trainer or coach you would like to work with.
- The mindfulness trainer or coach will contact you to provide pricing for you based on what you are requiring.
- You decide if you would like to progress and if so, your sessions are booked in and you begin your one on one mindfulness training and coaching.

Alison Hutchens

Alison is passionate about helping organisations live mindfully and delivering the benefits of mindfulness coaching, resilience coaching and emotional intelligence to enhance corporate life. She also runs community-based mindfulness coaching programs for adults and children. Some of her work with children is featured on Qantas inflight entertainment via Kinderling Kids Radio. She is a registered Mental Health First Aid facilitator and is also passionate about teaching workplaces and communities skills to support people with mental health challenges.
She is an accredited and highly experienced mindfulness meditation facilitator, Genos Emotional Intelligence assessor, Resilience D Program facilitator, and a London Coaching Academy certified professional coach.
Anne Rodgers

Anne is an accomplished business leader with a unique blending of management and mindfulness skills. Anne is a registered Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction facilitator and previously Managing Director of Starcom a global media and communications agency. She holds a Diploma of Management, a Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing and is a registered Hatha Yoga Teacher.
Anne turned to yoga and mindfulness to support her own mental health and to cope with the rigours of business. Anne was so taken with the benefits of mindfulness with her own wellbeing, she took a great leap of faith and changed her life’s direction. She is keen to share her profound learnings and experience with others who may be treading a similar path of self-doubt, lack of worth and untapped talent and who want to live life with more happiness and less stress.

Catherine Sherlock

Catherine is a certified iRest® meditation teacher and a member of Meditation Australia. She has been teaching yoga since 2012 and is a level 2 Yoga Australia registered yoga teacher. She also has formal qualifications in social analysis, research and management with 30 years experience in public and private workplaces.
Her special interest and passion is awakening consciousness and non-conceptual spirituality. The approach she uses to facilitate movement along the spectrum from suffering to freedom is based on reconnecting to one’s inherent wholeness. She believes we heal from there, rather than from a sense of lack and a need to fix or change anything. Catherine works with people experiencing trauma, anxiety, high stress, emotional reactivity, depression, busy minds and sleeping difficulties.

Cherise Vallet

Cherise came to Australia from Canada in 1989 on a personal adventure quest.
Along the way in 1998, some difficult life circumstances led her to take up a regular practice of mindfulness and yoga. Truly, this ongoing practice has sustained her through thick and thin over the intervening years.
The internal changes Cherise has experienced are compelling and led her to teacher training through some reputable Australian training organisations in the early 2000s. This provided rich learning and development of her understanding of how powerful these skills of mindfulness actually are, how fundamental they are to a life well lived.
Cherise is a member of Meditation Australia as well as a qualified teacher of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course, through Mindfulness Training Institute of Australia. She is also a senior teacher with Yoga Australia.
Cherise specialises in teaching meditation techniques that support calm, resilience and healthy choices in living. These include mindfulness meditation practices, specific breathing techniques and therapeutic yoga.
Gavin Eichholz

Gavin has been practising mindfulness for over 16 years and has extensive knowledge, understanding and training in mindfulness both formally and through working with mindfulness teachers and supervisors.
He has done numerous meditation and mindfulness-based retreats and workshops all over the world including three 10-day insight meditation retreats. He has a passion for sharing the benefits of mindfulness with others.
Gavin is a mindfulness-based coach/trainer for both the general public and organisations. He is also a money coach, psychotherapist and Chartered Accountant. He holds a Masters in Counselling and Applied Psychotherapy, Diploma of Financial Planning and Bachelor of Business Science (Honours).
Gavin provides coaching to assist people with relationship issues, anxiety and stress. In addition, he assists clients in gaining more clarity and confidence with various life issues, workplace issues or in managing change in their lives. He also does money coaching for individuals on using mindfulness to effectively manage stress and anxiety over money-related issues and decisions.
Helene Orr

Helene’s mindfulness coaching is about gently guiding people to their own mindfulness practice, based on her life-long interest in yoga and meditation. Concurrently with her career, Helene immersed herself in mindful practices that helped her in stress and pain management, personal resilience and other workplace and leadership issues.
Helene is an experienced executive and a non-executive director in the health sector. Her curiosity with mind-body science led her to a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Arts (Health and Social Wellbeing) focused on the application of mindfulness research. She is a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher (Mindfulness Training Institute Australasia) and yoga teacher. She has been teaching and coaching mindfulness for over five years.
Helene likes to assist adults from all walks of life in the purposeful daily cultivation of stress minimisation, self-regulation, connection to self and others to assist their mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. Helene allows sessions to unfold organically to meet your changing needs, and the challenges of maintaining your mindful practice.
Jarrod Paine

Jarrod is a devoted practitioner of mindfulness meditation and has great training and experience.
He came to mindfulness practice and its benefits personally through chronic illness and has been sharing this ever since as part of his secret to a busy and successful life.
Jarrod has been delivering courses in rural Victoria for three years for Mindfulness Works and runs his own business, Comma MindFitness, which specialises in high performance mindfulness for athletes and busy people.
Jarrod trains all ages. As a full-time secondary school teacher, he has designed courses for 15–16 year olds and teaches mindfulness and meditation in schools. He also specialises in taking learning outdoors with nature mindfulness being one of his passions.
Jarrod is a highly experienced teacher with a zest for life and learning. He has been teaching extensively online particularly during this COVID-19 period as a full-time teacher and can navigate skilfully with technology in this new system of learning.
Joan Cornish

Joan is a wellbeing coach and long-time meditator who knows firsthand how the practice of mindfulness is one of the most important things we can do to free ourselves from worry, judgement, self-criticism and struggle. Through her one-on-one mindfulness and values-based coaching, she’ll help you discover a unique way to view and work with life’s challenges.
Joan special areas of interest include self-compassion, wellbeing walks and workshops for women. Through simple guided exercises in nature, Joan shows how regular mindful walks can calm a busy mind, boost the immune system and enhance a sense of connectedness to yourself and the world around you.
With over ten years experience as a coach, Joan uses a blend of mindfulness, coaching, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help her clients embrace life with greater self-awareness and joy. Her qualifications include: Diploma in Coaching, NLP Master Practitioner, ACT training. She is currently studying to be an MBSR teacher. Joan is also a yoga teacher and Hawaiian bodyworker.
Jon Unal

Jon Unal is an experienced mindfulness and mindset coach, corporate trainer and psychotherapist. He has successfully developed and implemented a wide range of mindfulness and corporate wellbeing programs for some of the leading organisations including BHP, Credit Union Australia, Sanofi, Suncorp, QSuper, Queensland Health, Queensland Police Service and Toyota Australia.
He began practising mindfulness in 2006. Linda Oakford

Linda discovered mindfulness after trying different healing therapies both as a client and as a registered nurse and qualified counsellor. She openly admits that mindfulness has saved her life and continues to sustain her personal healing today.
With over 25 years in the health industry, Linda has obtained extensive experience in addiction nursing, counselling, hypnotherapy, Reiki, tarot and mindfulness. She delivers mental health first aid and Calm CARE suicide awareness workshops and is a facilitator for the Mindfulness Works Introductory courses. Above all that, Linda identifies as a human trying to learn how to BE in this world after living through her own traumas.
Linda is offering to extend and personalise the sessions of the Introductory Course on a deeper level, to help you apply the concepts to your life and your story. This will be an excellent opportunity to ask the questions you were too shy to ask in the group.
Lyndi Smith

Lyndi is a human being, nature lover, mindfulness teacher and poet. Mindfulness brought her back from burnout and nourishes her heart and mind. Nowadays, she feels calm, connected, appreciative and alive! She would love to hear how you are and help you connect to your own kind, wise nature.
Lyndi is a qualified mindful self-compassion (UCSD), meditation (BSY) and Qi Gong teacher. She has spent more than a year in retreat, practised for over 8,000 hours and taught mindfulness to thousands of people in groups, on retreats or on one-on-one. She co-designed “Reconnected”, a scientifically-validated mindfulness programme which helped hundreds of adults improve their wellbeing, sleep better and feel more mindful, emotionally balanced and self-compassionate. Maurice Harvey-Hall

Maurice is a mindset coach, spiritual mentor and practising mental health nurse with a Master’s in Mental Health Nursing and certificates in various psychotherapies. Maurice has studied Eastern philosophy, in particular Buddhism and Taoism, and has integrated these principles into western psychological therapies. He has has a passion for mindfulness-based therapies, neuroscience and Buddhist psychology.
Maurice teaches mindfulness meditation and takes his “practice off the cushion” into his daily life which includes training and racing triathlons. He is a specialist in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and teaches this beautiful therapy to other health practitioners.
The ACT model of living allows people to experience discomfort that arises from the change process, whilst moving in a direction guided by values that are significant to us. “The aim of this training is to identify the ‘phenomena’ that stops us from achieving what we desire and change the relationship we have with it. This allows us to move forward without struggling with resistance.”
Michelle Eckles

Michelle Eckles is a qualified and accredited Mindfulness Meditation teacher and owner of Meditation Sunshine Coast. She has been teaching mindfulness meditation programs and workshops to tweens, teens and adults for the last five years.
Michelle Taffe

Michelle is an experienced mindfulness, meditation and yoga teacher who is passionate about teaching self-love and self-compassion. An avid traveller, Michelle has lived in many different countries, speaks four languages and is currently based in Bali.
Michelle has spent much time studying meditation in Buddhist monasteries in Thailand in the Vipassana (Insight) tradition. She has used mindfulness meditation to heal issues in her own life and it’s now her sustaining practice for mental health. She has taught over a hundred students in Victoria the Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation course for Mindfulness Works and is a regular facilitator for Silent Meditation retreats in Australia and abroad. She believes that we all have an inner teacher and our work is mainly in learning to connect with it and trust our own guidance.
Following a 15-year career in digital media, Michelle is a qualified mindfulness trainer (Mindfulness Works 2018), yoga teacher (200h TT Samma Karuna, 2017) and Reiki healer (Certified Reiki I + II, Margot Brock, 2019).
Neil Shepherd

Neil is a very experienced and qualified mindfulness educator who loves making a difference and helping people thrive!
He is an internationally certified HeartMath™ resilience and stress management coach and mentor and helps build awareness, personal resilience and stress management skills using advanced resilience building and science-backed techniques with biofeedback.
Neil trained with Dr. Joe Dispenza and studied the neuroscience behind mindfulness and meditation, and trained with Dr. Russ Harris in mindfulness-based ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). He completed Google’s Search Inside Yourself Leadership program and is a Peaceful Kids and Peaceful Parents facilitator.
The various mindfulness practices learnt over the past 20 years are an integral part of Neil’s life. Noeline Robinson

Noeline empathizes with people’s struggles and challenges and believes there’s always a way through, believing in people’s untapped or unrecognized abilities, solutions and answers. “Our task as change agents is to evoke these abilities.”
With 25 years experience, Noeline works with clients on a wide range of issues including weight loss, smoking, compulsive eating, anxiety and depression, fear of flying and other phobias.
Whatever the issue, she takes people on a journey from the seemingly impossible to the possible, guiding them to identify their habitual, limiting thought patterns and replacing them with productive ones that reflect the truth of their enormous potential for change.
