RADICAL SELF-ACCEPTANCE WORKSHOP – PEREGIAN
Have you ever felt like you’re not quite “enough”, that somehow you are flawed, lacking or just out of step with everyone else who seems to be thriving?
These feelings, often amplified by the “perfect lives” we see on social media and the reluctance of others to share their true feelings, can leave us feeling isolated and like we are somehow failing.
In response, we often try to “fix” or improve ourselves, but these efforts can unintentionally reinforce the belief that something is inherently wrong with us. After all, if we were truly okay, why would we need fixing?.
But what if there was a different way? What if, through mindfulness and self-awareness, we could learn to see ourselves as perfectly fine just the way we are – unproblematic, whole, and more than enough?
Those parts of yourself you find unloveable.
Those parts of yourself you find unacceptable.
Those parts of yourself you find unforgiveable.
With Radical Self-Acceptance we dive deep into the understanding and reinforcement of our inherent completeness, embracing and accepting ourselves fully – no matter what. As we explore this new perspective, we discover a world where we feel completely okay. Experiencing your wholeness becomes more accessible and pronounced. Over time and with practice, your perspective naturally shifts, leading you towards a path of self-forgiveness, self-love, and profound self-acceptance.
For just $69 attend this two hour workshop and learn to recognise and relish the very real moments of self-love that become available and how to be your own best friend.
