This personal transformation sparked a deep passion for sharing these tools with others who might be struggling with similar challenges. Drawing from her own experience, Angie now dedicates herself to guiding others through their mindfulness journeys, offering both practical techniques and compassionate understanding that can only come from someone who has walked this path herself.
