Do you sometimes feel that you are not good enough or that you need fixing, that somehow you or your life is “wrong”?

If you do, you are not alone. All human beings feel this way. It is a combination of our up-bringing, our conditioning and our modern culture. Social media adds to these feelings of inadequacy.

Mindfulness reveals to us that these feelings are based on beliefs that are completely untrue. It does this by increasing your level of self-awareness and re-connecting you to deep feelings of OKness and natural ease.

You learn to accept, love and forgive those parts of yourself you find unacceptable, unlovable and unforgivable.

Mindfulness is a journey to a radical self-acceptance.

You are whole and complete.

Mindfulness offers you a profound healing journey where you learn to accept, love and forgive those parts of yourself you find unlovable, unacceptable and unforgivable.

You do not need fixing.

Enter into the ultimate relationship with all the parts of yourself, where you become your own best friend.

You are perfectly OK just as you are.

Mindfulness reveals your inherent and natural sense of being OK. It reveals new possibilities, new options, new ways of relating to yourself others and the world. It reveals a depth in your life, what matters most in your life and how to live your life in accordance with that.

Introducing Mindfulness Based Coaching

Mindfulness based coaching leverages of mindfulness to deliver profound transformation in your life.

Mindfulness is an evidence based practice that enhances self-awareness, improves mental health, increases emotional intelligence and increases self-acceptance.

Mindfulness based coaching is practical and experiential. This means you put learn to implement mindfulness in your life and apply it to your own unique situation.

Working in a confidential and safe one on one environment, mindfulness based coaching provides you with a unique opportunity to experience your own self-worth naturally.

Rather than looking at your life or yourself as a problem needing to be fixed or solved, you look at yourself and your life as whole and complete.
