My name is Karl Baker, I am the founder and Managing Director of Mindfulness Works Australia – Australia’s number one mindfulness training organisation.
I have been practising mindfulness and meditation for over 20 years, having studied with leading Australasian mindfulness and meditation teachers. I have attended numerous multi-day silent meditation retreats.
Having realised the huge benefits mindfulness brought to my own life, I created the Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation course with a vision of making mindfulness as accessible as possible. Cost for coaching
Coaching is $275 inc GST per month. This entitles you to 2 x 50 minute coaching sessions per month.

What happens in a coaching session?
A coaching session will be based on what you are wanting to develop, transform, work on or address. In most cases, your coach will follow a three-step process:
1. Clarify – clarify what your intention is and what barriers there may be.
2. Practice and plan – you and your coach use mindful awareness to identify the best path for you in this situation.
3. Support and guidance – your coach supports you on your path and your practice and plan.
