Reduce and manage your stress, anxiety and depression with the evidence-based, world-renowned, eight-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course.

The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course (MBSR) is an evidence-based, therapeutic stress-reduction program that was developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979 at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.

Having been widely researched over the last 40 years, the MBSR has been scientifically proven to help with a range of physical and psychological difficulties including anxiety, depression and chronic pain.

MBSR participants advise of a radical shift of experience, management of emotions and out-of-control thoughts, even altering the sensation of pain.
